Payment

 

We  accept PayPal, Credit card and Western Union.
1.     For Credit card payment, please contact us at 501-416-2583 or via email at  info@backdropcity.com.  Please include the item title and description as well as your shipping address.  
 
Shipping Terms

  • In most instances, items ordered before 12 noon Central time will ship the same business day.  Orders placed after 12 noon will ship the next business day.

  • We offer shipping to all 48 contiguous United States via UPS.

  • We can only use your shipping address supplied to us by PayPal, or your credit card billing address as the delivery address. 

  • Please allow up to 1-2 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping. 

  • International shipping charges do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, or tariffs associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. 

  • We will use USPS priority mail ship to  Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, extra shipping charges to these destinations do apply. please email us first before you bid.
    We use USPS priority mail ship to Military APO/FPO  addresses, or PO box, extra shipping charges may apply.

Sales Tax

A 7.5% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Arkansas.
Sales tax is calculated only on the total price + shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY

Backdrop City does not accept returns of used items whether defective or not.

Backdrop City is not responsible for and will not accept any returned merchandise that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:

 

1.   We offer a 7 day return/refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may send new/unused items back (at buyer’s expense) for refund.

 

Photographic Backgrounds:

Photographic backgrounds are produced using layering techniques different than the techniques used for the production of murals.  Because of this difference, they will sometimes look different to the naked eye than they do to the camera.  It is for this reason that we are only able to guarantee that when they are photographed, the backgrounds will look the same as they do on our website.  We do not accept return of backgrounds that don’t look the same to the naked eye.

 

2.   Returned item must be in the same condition as received.

3.   Acceptable returned items will be refunded minus a 15% restocking/service fee.

4.   Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

5.   If an item received was damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of the damaged item.

6.   Buyer must return defective item before a replacement item can be shipped out.  Defective items can only be replaced   with the identical item.

7.   Prior to returning any item, buyer must contact us via email for authorization.

8.   All returned items must include buyers name, contact information, date of purchase and a statement of the reason for the return.

9.   Buyer must pay all return shipping charges.

10. Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.

11. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be returned to sender at sender's cost.

Return Procedures

Please send an email to info@backdropcity.com requesting merchandise return authorization.

  •  Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit.

  • Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging.  Returned items not in the original packaging will not be accepted.

  • A tracking number for the returned item must be sent to info@backdropcity.com as soon as the item is return shipped.

  • Returned merchandise that we do not receive or that is not returned in accordance with our return policies:
