CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERING PROCESS
UPLOADED IMAGES AND ARTWORK

If you searched and found an image on the internet, more than likely the art is not large format printable (300 DPI). These images are usually made for the internet at lower resolutions (72 DPI). It also may be *copyrighted* and needs permission to be printed by the owner of the image.
Original artwork or logos make for great printed products but in order to save hours of frustration there are VERY IMPORTANT things to consider when UPLOADING OR SENDING US ART! In order for your artwork to be printed well, every image file submitted will require an inspection to ensure that it meets a minimum graphic resolution in correspondence with the size of the custom backdrop requested. A proof will not be provided for sent images or uploaded artwork. We require that you send us a ready-to-print image, so your image will be your proof.
Due to the custom nature of this product, all sales are final, however, if the backdrop is flawed or damaged when it arrives, we will replace it.
If it is determined that the image is NOT printable and you choose to NOT pay the $30 for image resolution, your image will be rejected and you will be contacted via email. NOTE: This may significantly delay delivery of your final product. If we do not get in touch with you within 48 hours a refund will be issued and the order will be canceled.

Vectorized (ai., pdf., or eps.)
Raster images 300 dpi (jpg., tiff.)

- Complete all fields of information as required:
- Size of custom backdrop
- Shipping address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Desired date of delivery
- Submit your total payment based on sizes and options you have selected.
- If you selected the adjust and resize option we will take the image you have submitted, fit it to the size that you select and place it in line for printing and shipping. If there are any issues or errors with your image we will contact you via email. If we do not get a response in 24 hrs we reserve the right to contact you via phone during our local business hours.
- ORDERING PROCESS FOR DESIGN REQUESTS
- Send your custom backdrop request via the submission form on our website
- If you would like logos repeated into a backdrop, you may upload a maximum of 4. If more are needed, email customer service.
- In the area labeled 'Background Design Description' enter your DETAILED description of how you would like your custom backdrop designed (example….I would like my attached logos repeated in a 10’x10’ backdrop)
- Make your payment of $60 for the first hour of design time plus the cost of your backdrop.
- Upon receipt of payment, a proof will be sent to you via email within 2-4 business days. At this point, you will either approve the image or you may advise making further changes.
- Upon receipt of approval to print, we will send you a final invoice via email only if the design time exceeded the hour that was previously paid. Invoices can be paid with a credit card online.
- Upon receipt of final payment(if applicable), the custom order will be placed in line for production.
- Please allow a maximum of 2.5 weeks total processing and turn-around time when placing a custom backdrop design and production order.
