Due to the custom nature of this product, all sales are final, however, if the backdrop is flawed or damaged when it arrives, we will replace it.

Vector files – (CREATE OUTLINES FOR THE TEXT)
Designing of custom backdrops with logos submitted by customers will not begin until ALL image files of logos have been received by Backdrop City Graphic Design Team.

*Copyright Guidelines*
In order to use an image/design for a custom computer printed backdrop, you must hold the necessary licensing and copyright titles. By submitting an order for a custom backdrop, you are confirming that you hold these necessary rights. If for any reason, the legal beholder of an image/design contacts Backdrop City, he/she will be referred directly to you. Please note that illegal usage of a third party’s protected design is no small offense and can result in severe penalties.
